9. Damage not covered by warranty includes items that are broken, cracked, burnt, bent, twisted, or scratched, or parts that are missing or tampered with.
10. Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters such as flooding, fires, lightning, or earthquakes is not covered by the warranty.
11. Damage from improper storage, such as glue stains, water marks, rust, scratches, or broken circuits, is considered outside warranty coverage.
