01 The agreement
These terms apply when you use smartposhub.com or sign up for SmartPOS. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
02 The service
SmartPOS is hosted point-of-sale software provided as a subscription. Editions and modules are described on this site. We may improve or change features; we will not remove a core feature you pay for without notice.
03 Free trial
New accounts get a 14-day free trial with no card required. At the end you choose a plan or the account pauses.
04 Prices and billing
Prices are on the pricing page for each country, per location or other stated unit. Monthly plans bill monthly in advance; annual plans bill yearly in advance at 20% off. UAE prices include VAT; US and Pakistan prices exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. Card processing is between you and your processor and is not part of SmartPOS fees.
05 Cancelling
Cancel any time in your account. Service continues to the end of the paid period. See the refund and cancellation policy.
06 Your data
Your business data belongs to you. You can export it at any time. You are responsible for having the right to store your customers' information and for following the laws that apply to your business, including tax, consumer and licensing rules.
07 Acceptable use
Do not use SmartPOS for unlawful sales, to store full card numbers, or to attack or overload the service. We may suspend accounts that do, after notice where possible.
08 Third-party services
Card processors, payment providers, GoHighLevel and other connected services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Features described as "works with" rely on those parties.
09 Managed websites and the bundle
For managed websites, you provide content you have the right to use. You own your content and domain; we own our design templates and code, licensed to you while you subscribe. On cancellation we hand over your content.
10 Liability
We provide the service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11 Website content and copyright
Text, illustrations and design on smartposhub.com belong to us or our licensors. Third-party names are trademarks of their owners and appear only to describe compatibility or comparisons. To report a copyright concern, contact us with the page and the material.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where the contracting SmartPOS entity is established, without limiting mandatory consumer or business protections in your country.
13 Changes
We will give at least 30 days' notice of material changes to these terms by email.
