01Can I take a deposit on a custom cake?
Yes. Create a sales order for the pickup date, take a partial payment as the deposit, and the balance is due when the customer collects.

02Where do the cake details go?
Size, flavour, inscription and notes are saved on the order and can print on a ticket for the decorator.

03Can I sell cookies by weight?
Yes. Use a label scale that prints a barcode with the weight or price, or set the product unit to weight and enter it at the counter.

04Does it track ingredients?
With recipes, producing a batch deducts the ingredients from stock, so you can see when flour and butter run low.

05Can customers pre-order online?
Your auto-generated online store lists your products from the catalogue; the managed website can add a cake request form.
