What Services & appointments does
The SmartPOS Services module runs appointments for salons, spas, barbers, clinics and agencies. You set up a service menu with durations and buffers, each staff member's skills, hours and time off, and customers book online by service and staff. Checkout is a normal POS sale that records the staff member and their commission.

Yes. A role can see all appointments or only the ones where that user is the staff member, through My appointments.
