The SmartPOS restaurant module sends orders to a kitchen display by station, tracks every order through statuses from placed to completed, and shows tables on a floor plan. Waiters, kitchen staff and delivery drivers get their own roles, and customers can follow their order on a status page. It is on every plan.

02Can delivery drivers update orders?
Yes. Drivers see their deliveries in the rider portal and mark them picked up, on the way or delivered, and the restaurant order status moves with them.
