Loyalty & Rewards turns one-off buyers into regulars. Customers earn points on every sale, move up member tiers with their own perks, collect stamp cards and swap points for rewards and vouchers. Bonus campaigns and referral rewards bring them back. Points are earned and redeemed at the counter, in your online store and in the app. Every plan includes it; limits grow with the plan.

    Set how many points a sale earns and what they are worth. Customers redeem at the counter, in your online store and in the app.

    Member tiers

    Tiers by spend, points or visits, each with its own earn multiplier and perks. Up to 3 tiers on POS Essentials, 10 on POS Growth, unlimited on 3 locations.

    Bonus campaigns

    Welcome and birthday bonuses, double-points days and product or category promotions. 3 campaigns on POS Essentials, 20 on POS Growth, unlimited on 3 locations.

    Stamp cards

    "Buy 9, get the 10th free" cards that fill up by themselves at checkout and issue a reward when complete. POS Growth and up.

    No. It is on every SmartPOS plan. POS Essentials has points, up to 3 tiers and 3 campaigns; POS Growth and the Bundle add stamp cards, rewards and referrals with up to 10 tiers and 20 campaigns; POS Growth for 3 locations has no limits.

    Yes. Loyalty & Rewards builds on the reward points already in SmartPOS, so every customer keeps their balance.
