POS & sales questions

01Do I need special hardware for the SmartPOS point of sale?
No. It runs in a web browser. Receipt printers, barcode scanners, label printers and cash drawers that work with your computer or tablet work with SmartPOS; card readers come from your payment processor.

02Are card processing fees included?
No. Card payments run through your own processor at the rate you agree with them, and SmartPOS records the payment against the sale. We take no share of your sales.

03Which SmartPOS plans include POS & sales?
POS & sales is on every SmartPOS plan, POS Essentials included. POS Essentials is $29 a month in the USA. Yearly billing saves 20%.
